Fox announces earlier start times for postseason baseball PDF Print E-mail
Written by Bob

Fox Sports announced earlier start times for most World Series and AL championship games.

This is terrific news for kids who will now be able to see more if not all of the game depending on the child's age of course. And it isn't the worst news in the world for adults who have to get up in the morning for work.

Weeknight games will start at 7:57 PM EST, more than a half-hour earlier than last year. Saturday night games could even be earlier possibly even late afternoon. Sunday games will begin after Fox's NFL coverage. The Sunday start time doesn't surprise me at all considering all the money the network pays to cover the NFL.

This year's start times wil be the earliest start times since the 2003 World Series.
